Meet Hannah
I’m Hannah Carey, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), and Certified Functional Manual Therapist® (CFMT) with additional advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation.
My approach to physical therapy is grounded in both advanced clinical training and a deep personal connection to movement. As a trail runner, rock climber, mountain biker, yogi, and skier, I understand firsthand how important it is to have a body you can trust and how frustrating it can feel when pain or injury interrupts the activities that bring you joy.
At Catalyst Physical Therapy, I believe recovery is a collaborative process. My role is to act as a catalyst for meaningful change by helping you better understand your body and guiding you through a thoughtful, individualized path toward healing and resilience.
I take an integrative, whole-body approach to care. Rather than focusing only on where symptoms appear, I consider how the body functions as an interconnected system — including biomechanics, joint and tissue health, nervous system regulation, and the ways stress, thoughts, and emotions can influence pain and performance.
Every session is one-on-one and tailored to you. Using a combination of manual, neuromuscular re-education, and evidence-based strategies. I help patients restore mobility, build strength, and regain confidence in their bodies.
Whether you’re an athlete working to optimize performance, navigating pelvic floor concerns that impact daily life, or simply looking to move with greater ease and less pain, my goal is to help you build lasting resilience and create a clear path forward.
