Physical Therapy tailored to your needs.

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

The body doesn't move in isolated parts — muscles, joints, nerves, and connective tissue all work together, and a problem in one area is rarely the whole story. When it comes to orthopedic care, Hannah brings careful attention to detail and genuine curiosity to every evaluation, assessing not just where it hurts, but why. This whole system approach includes how your nervous system, movement patterns, and overall mechanics may be contributing to your symptoms.

Care is hands-on, individualized, and built around you — your body, your history, and your goals.

Conditions commonly treated: back pain • spinal pain • shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries • tendinopathies • sports and overuse injuries • joint instability/hypermobility • post-surgical rehabilitation • chronic pain • sports/work injuries • arthritis • and more.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Pelvic floor PT is specialized care for the muscles, connective tissue, and nerves of the pelvis — and it's for people of all genders and activity levels. Hannah provides a whole-body approach that connects pelvic health to how you breathe, move, and train. Whether you're dealing with leakage during runs or jumps, pelvic pain, pressure or prolapse, postpartum recovery, or pain with sex, you deserve care that takes your symptoms seriously and gets you back to doing what you love without limitation.

Conditions commonly treated: urinary or fecal incontinence • pelvic organ prolapse • pelvic pain• painful intercourse • diastasis recti • pregnancy related pain • birth prep • postpartum recovery • return to sport after pregnancy • constipation • tailbone pain • C-section recovery • post operative care • endometriosis • and more.

Initial Evaluation (60 min)

Your first visit is dedicated entirely to understanding you — your history, your body, and what's been getting in the way. Hannah listens carefully and looks at the whole picture, examining how your joints, muscles, nerves, and movement patterns all connect.

Together we’ll identify the underlying factors contributing to pain or dysfunction and create a personalized treatment plan. Your evaluation may include hands-on treatment, movement education, and exercises to begin your recovery right away.

Goal: Clarity, a plan, and the first step toward moving better.

What to expect:

  • A full review of your health history and current concerns

  • Postural, movement, and functional assessment

  • Hands-on evaluation of mobility, strength, and tissue quality

  • An explanation of your findings and diagnosis

  • A personalized treatment plan with realistic goals and a timeline

Follow-Up Sessions (60 min)

Follow-up sessions build on your evaluation and evolve with how your body responds to care. Each visit is one-on-one with Hannah and guided by close attention to detail, ensuring treatment stays aligned with your goals and progress.

Sessions may include hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise, movement retraining, and neuromuscular re-education. Care continues to focus on the whole body addressing the relationship between muscles, joints, nerves, and the nervous system to support lasting improvement, not just short-term relief.

Goal: Continue restoring movement, building resilience, and supporting long-term recovery.

Focus of follow-up sessions

• Reduce pain and improve movement over time
• Progress strength, mobility, and control
• Address new or changing symptoms
• Build body awareness and independence
• Support a confident return to activity and sport
